Factory-prepared pre-cut products

 

Pre-cut products are timber and board materials cut to length and machined to their final shape. They can be marked according to specifications, packed per structure, and distributed on site to different workstations or floors. All pre-cut products can also be delivered with surface and protective treatments.

Applications for pre-cut products include framework structures, beam systems, roof structures, eaves, and partition walls. Available pre-cut products:

• Framework timber
• LVL (laminated veneer lumber), T, S, and X grades
• Glulam columns and beams
• Construction boards
• Other customer-specific products

Factory-finished pre-coated products

 

Pre-cut products can be delivered with factory-applied surface and protective coatings. Ready coating simplifies construction, especially during colder seasons when on-site painting is not feasible. The advantages of industrial surface treatment include consistent quality and a controlled finish. Thanks to their factory-applied coating, pre-coated products are suitable for year-round installation and provide immediate protection against weather after installation. In addition to painting, products can also be delivered with protective treatments.

Pre-coat products are available as:

• Prime coated
• Prime and top coated
• Prime and double top coated
• Wood-protected

 

Factory-applied coatings are primarily used for roof and exterior cladding products, while protective treatments are applied to structural timber, especially beams.
